How do I Place Order?

  1. Choose the items and desire quantity in shipping cart. You will be invited to log in or check out as a guest. Please provide precise shipping address including city, state/province and Zipcode/Postal Code.
  2. La Verne accepts pay the total amount with Visa, Master or Paypal.
  3. Please review your order

How can I track my orders?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you after the receipt given from the post office.

How can I cancel my order?

You will be able to make payment or cancel the order in your shopping cart. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed.  It will take three (3) to ten (10) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What is your Shipping Policy?

The flat-rate Shipping & Handling fee ($4.95 U.S. and $7.95 Canada) will be charged under $50.00 order.  Any order more than $50, La Verne offers free standard shipping in U.S.A and Canada.

Can I Pay Using Paypal Without A Paypal Account?

Yes.  Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. Return & Exchange

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@lavernecanada.com. We accept return within 15 days of your purchase. We only accept returns unused products if it is single use product. We will issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or arrive damaged by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at info@lavernecanada.com with photos. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

To return merchandise to La Verne, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Please email us at info@lavernecanada.com to receive your Return Authorization number.

Step 2: Ship your package to the return address below. Be sure to include your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.

If you received a FREE product, sample or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

Step 3: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

 

Your return shipping via Canada Post/USPS will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note: Only products purchased on www.lavernecanada.com or www.laverneus.com may be returned for a refund.
